1) When my order was sent, there was no confirmation email in my email account. What should I do?

After you confirm the fact that there is no misspell in the email address you gave, or the confirmation email hasn't automatically moved to your junk or spam folder, you may email us at info@achilleasaccessories.com or call us at +30-210-3239970

2) What happens if I order something that is out of stock?

Our company is doing the best it can to find and send you everything you have ordered. Sometimes, there is a time gap before our online shop is updated with the products that are finished. When all the products still available are found, we will contact you in order to inform you and if possible give you alternatives proposals for the product that is out of stock.

3) If something is the wrong size or not to my linking can I change it?

Our company wants you to be satisfied with your online shopping from us. That is why in the case something doesn't fit or is not how you imagined it would be, we will handle your return the best way we can.

4) In how many days can I make return?

Changes should be made within 15 days from your purchase date. All changes should be made with a receipt and the product should be the same condition as sent. Changes are offered for products that are on sale but NOT for products that are on offer.

5) What are the paying methods?

You can make a deposit in a bank account we will provide you.

6) What are the shipping expenses?

For your better and faster service, our company is working with the Hellenic post office courier (http://www.ups-courier.gr). if you choose to sent us a courier, the expenses can vary for Greece from €13-€18.

7) Do you ship only in Athens?

We ship all over the world.

8) When will my order be ready?

If you sent your order Monday-Friday until 13:300pm, it will be forwarded the same day to the appropriate department. If you sent your order Saturday-Sunday or in a holiday period, it will be forwarded the next working day. Within 3 working days, we will communicate with you for confirmation of your order.

9) How is my ordered shipped?

We usually ship your order with the courier service we use unless you choose a different method.

10) Are discounts and offers available in your stores, also available in your online shop?

All the products that have a discount and are in our current collection have a discount in our online shop as well. All the discounts and offers are marked in the description of each product.
